Right-click any cell(s) in the desired row(s), and choose from pop-up menu, "Repeat Objects"
Repeating specific row
 
- You can add more rows to an already repeated row, right-click [Table][Row][Add Row Below] - You can copy and paste entire rows and repeats - Navigate through table structure using Arrow keys.
