Create highly flexible templates for automated document production ( PDF and PRINT ), Webforms or User Interfaces ( HTML ) to capture and manage information. Organize common elements into libraries as reusable Components.

Documents are a collection of page templates and these templates are made of elements or objects such as text fields or input fields. A page template can represent page(s) in a PDF document, Html email or a web-form.

Components

Re-using and grouping objects - simplified maintenance

When identical elements or objects are used in several documents and/or pages, creating components will simplify maintenance. Components are organized in component libraries and a library may have several components. A component library can utilize other libraries. A component can consist of calls to other components.

When a component is changed in the component library, it is will automatically be reflected in all documents using the library, thus making the document creation and maintenance processes more efficient. When comitting component changes from Digiforms Designer, Digiforms Server automatically reloads the library, and this ensures ability to instant debug or test the modifications in ongoing browser sessions.
